Meet Erling Flåm Krogsrud, Marine Engineer at Fjeld Consultant.
Erling works on developing transport plans for shipments on both sea and land. This includes performing lifting and securing calculations and carrying out mooring analyses. 🚢🏗️
- I enjoy the variety of tasks in my workday. You need to think both theoretically and practically at all times. I also value the opportunity to join projects on site to ensure that the operations are carried out according to the plans. My colleagues are great, they are both helpful and collaborative, which makes the work environment a great place to be, Erling says.
Erling already has a history with Fjeld Consultant and Peak CSL Group. In 2023, he joined our organization for a summer internship. Later the same year, he started at Fjeld Consultant, combining part-time work with his studies.
With a master's degree in Marine Technology from Norges teknisk-naturvitenskapelige universitet (NTNU) completed in June, we are very pleased to have Erling on board full-time.
